Is this really free? What's the catch?

There is no catch. FFI earns revenue through the ATM surcharge fee that customers pay when they withdraw cash. You earn a share of that surcharge. The machine, installation, cash loading, and maintenance are all covered by FFI. You pay nothing to have the machine in your store.

What happens when the machine breaks or runs out of cash?

You call us directly. Not a call center. Not a ticketing system. We have a local number you can reach any time, including nights and weekends. We monitor machine performance remotely and aim to get ahead of problems before you notice them. Our documented uptime rate is 98%.

I already have an ATM. Why would I switch?

That depends on what you have. If your current machine has frequent downtime, slow service response, or a provider you can never reach — those problems have a real cost. Every time your machine is empty or broken, customers notice. Some leave without cash. Some leave and do not come back. If your current provider is not delivering, we are worth a conversation.

Do I have to sign a long contract?
